What you get to do every single day - Arranging for travel and meetings - Producing sales reports and presentations - Handling and organizing internal training courses - Supporting the sales department by promoting company products and services - Executing any additional Sales Assistant-related tasks as required - Composing and proofreading correspondence and other documents - Supporting and participating in trade shows and conventions - Providing customer service in a kind and professional manner - Supporting sales teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support - Coordinating orders to ensure process completion
- Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request - Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments - Good understanding of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Excellent social skills, project coordination experience and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as with outside clients and vendors - Customer service experience desired - Command of sales - Telemarketing experience - Employer prefers a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or a related field for this position - Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills - Employer suggests 2+ years of Sales Assistant experience

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
